How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Everyone who reaches out to Devicesstrange Concrete should be treated fairly. If something did not go as it should, please let us know. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to write to us about:
- Your experience when calling or messaging Devicesstrange Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have trouble with work at your home, start by talking with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.
Please tell us too. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Know, though, that Devicesstrange Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid to a provider or act for a provider.
How to Send Your Complaint
Email contact@devicesstrange.beer and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A short account of what happened and what you hope we can do
After You Write
We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed providers.
